Seems like a cool site. I especially like that NBBJ offers the whole book online for free. With that said, trans has got to be one of the most misused prefixes in English. Trans as in to transcend, as in “beyond.” So I don’t get all this talk about transmaterial and transhuman. Like, how are new materials beyond materials?

Not only does the material make your wall, but it does your dishes!
